We have partnered with Point University in an effort to create more opportunities for a chance at a higher education. Our hope is that our team will use Chick-fil-A’s resources as an opportunity to better their future while they learn vital life skills working in our restaurants.
How Does it Work?

Point University is a fully accredited university based in Georgia and was founded in 1937. They are a Private Christian University that offers many types of degrees.

Yes! Your Tuition is 100% free. Your only responsibility is books. This benefit is exclusively for Chick-fil-A employees. Point U has a physical campus that operates as a normal, accredited university.

You must be on staff for 30 days. If you are in High School, you must work 10 hours/week. If you are out of High School, you must work 20 hours/week to qualify.

Yes. Like other colleges, you must apply, provide transcripts and fill out a FAFSA. You also must apply for the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship each year (you do not have to receive the scholarship to maintain enrollment).

Point U is always looking to update its options for online degrees. Currently there are 10 Associates, 13 Bachelors and 2 Masters programs to choose from. Some examples include Accounting, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Christian Ministries, and a Masters in Business, there are a lot of options available!

Classes are 8 weeks long and are 100% online through a synchronous format that allows you to take classes anytime, anywhere. Classes are a 13-1 student to professor ratio.
