Mason Jordan
Area Operations Director
Having been with CFA since 2004, Mason has seen the company grow quite a bit and likes the challenge of figuring out how to make things work while providing a great customer experience and caring for the team. Mason loves spending time with his wife and two kids and being involved at his church. If a dog comes through drive-thru, he will ask if it wants to play.

Ali Herring
Marketing and Events Director
Ali’s role in the restaurant is to plan/execute in and out of house events (some of our favorite examples are Pictures with Santa and Preschool Story Time). She also works closely with our local schools for everything from food donations to helping tutor at-risk students. She also handles all food and product donations as well as doing some light accounting work in the office.

Carissa Melton
Area Kitchen Director
I have been with CFA March 2020. I was born in Columbus Ohio but moved to Oklahoma at the age of 11. I have spent my last 40 years working in the culinary industry. Cooking all types of food. Before CFA I was a catering chef for University of Tulsa for 15 years. I enjoy the team at CFA and the opportunity to add yet another aspect of the food industry to my list. I have 3 daughters, 1 grandson and 5 grand daughters which includes a set of 3 year old twin girls. I love animals. Fur momma to 3 dogs, Buster, Toby and Emma. Hobbies include flower gardens, hiking, camping being outside, collecting penguins and thimbles. Although there is still a lot to learn about Chick-fil-A, I plan on enjoying it.
